How do I get started with TARC?

Sign up for a free 30-day trial (no credit card required), then follow the on-screen onboarding. The fastest path: create your first project, trace a roof on the satellite canvas, and export a PDF quote. The whole first workflow takes about 5 minutes.

Is there training available?

Yes. Every page includes contextual tooltips, the AI Chat Assistant is available 24/7 on every page, and we run a free 20-minute onboarding call for every new account.

How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". You’ll receive a reset link by email within a minute. If you don’t see it, check spam or contact theausroofingcorp@gmail.com.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from the Billing page at any time. Monthly plans cancel immediately at the end of the current billing period; annual plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Where do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email theausroofingcorp@gmail.com with "Bug report" or "Feature request" in the subject. Our team reviews every submission and you’ll hear back within 2 business days.

Do you offer phone support?
