Our story
TARC was born from a simple frustration: roofing businesses were paying for four or five disconnected tools — one for estimating, another for CRM, a third for invoicing, and a filing cabinet for compliance paperwork. Nothing talked to each other, and every quote took days.
We built TARC to fix that. By combining Google Solar API satellite imagery with AI analysis, we measure any Australian roof in seconds — detecting every face, ridge, hip and valley without climbing a ladder.
Then we kept building. What Australian standards does TARC follow?
TARC follows AS 1562.1 (metal roofing), AS/NZS 3500.3 (drainage/gutters), AS/NZS 1170.2 (wind loads) and NCC/BCA requirements for ventilation, insulation R-values and climate zones. Our Compliance Hub auto-generates the correct statutory documents for NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT and NT.

How secure is my data in TARC?
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.3) and at rest, stored on Australian servers with regular automated backups. Customer data is never sold or used to train third-party AI models.
