Our story
TARC was born from a simple frustration: roofing estimates take too long, cost too much, and rely on outdated methods. We saw contractors spending entire days measuring roofs manually, looking up product prices across multiple suppliers, and putting together quotes on paper.
We built TARC to change that. By combining Google Solar API satellite imagery with AI analysis, we can measure any Australian roof in seconds — detecting every face, ridge, hip, and valley without ever climbing a ladder.

TARC has direct Bunnings API integration plus a catalogue of 6,700+ products from major Australian roofing suppliers including Lysaght, BlueScope, Stratco, Metroll, Fielders and Stramit. You can also import your own supplier price lists from Excel.
What Australian standards does TARC follow?
TARC follows AS 1562.1 (metal roofing), AS/NZS 3500.3 (drainage/gutters), AS/NZS 1170.2 (wind loads) and NCC/BCA requirements for ventilation, insulation R-values and climate zones.
Does TARC work on mobile and tablet?
Yes. Every tool is fully responsive and works on any device with a browser. You can pull up estimates, mark up roofs or show clients their PDF report directly from your phone on-site.
How secure is my data in TARC?
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.3) and at rest, stored on Australian servers with regular automated backups. Customer data is never sold or used to train third-party AI models.
